OPEN GYM SCHEDULE


Open gym is included in our adult monthly unlimited memberships. Athletes under 18 years of age cannot work out unsupervised.

We are happy to offer our excellent gym facilities to athletes who want to do workouts on their own, on a case by case basis. It is our belief that results are best found through coaching and following a specific program. We highly recommend all interested people to consider coming in as a member to the gym, so we have the opportunity to give you the best possible experience and fitness we can. 

Our goal is to make our athletes as fit, functional, and injury-free as possible, and Open Gym workouts means that we can't coach and supervise you the way we would in a group or private setting. If you are planning to utilize Open Gym, we support you, but we expect extremely safe lifting and movement practices. Please make a staff attendant aware that you are at the gym, and please be respectful of other classes and private sessions that are happening around you.

Our members get Open Gym included in their monthly memberships (excluding JYD). Open Gym is a separate a la carte membership for those who only wish to use the gym for their own programming. Please see our pricing page or contact us for more information.

MONDAY: 10:00AM-3:00PM

TUESDAY: 10:00AM-3:00PM

WEDNESDAY: 10:00AM-3:00PM

THURSDAY: 10:00AM-3:00PM

FRIDAY: 10:00AM-3:00PM

SATURDAY: 7:00AM-1:00PM

SUNDAY: 8:00AM-12:00PM

***These are hours that are usually quieter at the gym and can therefore accommodate open gym athletes. Please call the gym at 651-699-4864 to see if a coach is on site and if it would be suitable for open gym outside these set hours. Thank you for your cooperation!
