Gunnar Regan

Gunnar Regan is a performance coach at The Power House. Throughout high school and college, Gunnar worked with several impactful coaches that helped him developed his passion for sharing health, discipline and confidence with others. As a coach, Gunnar specializes in technical instruction; From teens to adult members, Gunnar uses accessible language and creative approaches to reach a broad audience. To Gunnar, “winning your life” means creating habits that lead him to his full potential. In fact, he lives by the motto “I take care of myself, so I can take care of others". When Gunnar's not at the gym, he’s sleeping, playing sports or dining at local favorites like The Naughty Greek, Red Cow or Kyber Pass. 
Join Coach Gunnar for a new strength class! Designed to teach proper technique and develop greater overall strength in an hour long session. Exercises will be tailored to the individual with intention of creating midline stability as the foundation of strength and power.
