Community CrossFit- Free Intro Class

Jenna Birch

Jenna Birch is a performance coach and communications and logistics leader at The Power House. Jenna discovered her passion for health and fitness while training with Power House owner and head coach, Max Lipset. Through coaching, Jenna found her purpose, which is bringing people together and building self-confidence through strength and conditioning. Jenna goes above and beyond for her clients, and builds long-lasting relationships with each person she coaches. To Jenna, winning your life means being in the "arena", despite the odds, and kicking butt. When Jenna isn’t working or crushing intense WODs, she is singing in her family band, hitting concerts, volunteering in her community and making new friends.

Josh Gray

Josh Gray is a performance coach at The Power House. Josh has been an athlete his entire life and got into coaching while training with owner and head coach, Max Lipset. Josh is a firm believer in “Kaizen”, or constant improvement, and seeks to help people become the best version of themselves. Josh also developed a passion for coaching through injury, and because of this, Josh specializes in working with injured athletes. To Josh, winning your life means always improving even if life doesn’t go as planned. He believes everything happens for a reason and that he can always learn from his experiences. When Josh isn’t at work or working on his Olympic lifts, he is playing basketball and golf … if the weather cooperates, that is.
Want to find out more about adult and youth training at The Power House? The Community CrossFit Intro classes are designed for just that. Open for adults and youth (ages 12+), we offer this class once a week on Saturdays at 1pm, free of charge.
 
More "get to know you" than "initiation by fire," this informal class is designed for curious individual who wants to try out a CrossFit-style workout and learn more about The Power House group training format, pricing, and membership options.
 
In this class, you will meet a few of our coaches and get a tour of the facility and learn hands-on about our style of training in a group format. Movement techniques will be introduced and instructed in a way that meets the needs of all levels and fitness abilities.
 
Come prepared to sweat, learn new skills, and have fun! Our coaches will take great care of you and help you figure out the next steps for training once the class is completed.
