Gunnar Regan

Gunnar Regan is a performance coach at The Power House. Throughout high school and college, Gunnar worked with several impactful coaches that helped him developed his passion for sharing health, discipline and confidence with others. As a coach, Gunnar specializes in technical instruction; From teens to adult members, Gunnar uses accessible language and creative approaches to reach a broad audience. To Gunnar, “winning your life” means creating habits that lead him to his full potential. In fact, he lives by the motto “I take care of myself, so I can take care of others". When Gunnar's not at the gym, he’s sleeping, playing sports or dining at local favorites like The Naughty Greek, Red Cow or Kyber Pass. 

Jenna Birch

Jenna Birch is a performance coach and communications and logistics leader at The Power House. Jenna discovered her passion for health and fitness while training with Power House owner and head coach, Max Lipset. Through coaching, Jenna found her purpose, which is bringing people together and building self-confidence through strength and conditioning. Jenna goes above and beyond for her clients, and builds long-lasting relationships with each person she coaches. To Jenna, winning your life means being in the "arena", despite the odds, and kicking butt. When Jenna isn’t working or crushing intense WODs, she is singing in her family band, hitting concerts, volunteering in her community and making new friends.

Nate Wells

Nate Wells is a performance coach at The Power House. Through injury, Nate discovered his passion for coaching and strives to improve each person’s athletic performance and prevent injury. Additionally, Nate is fueled by human interaction and loves helping people reach their goals. No matter the client, Nate is adaptable and can change his coaching style to be the best fit for his clients. To Nate, winning your life means working hard no matter the task. When Nate isn’t working or doing Olympic lifts, he enjoys reading. Whether that is fiction to relax or textbooks to improve his coaching abilities — he reads anything and everything.
This all-athletes class will provide the correct level of challenge for each athlete to receive the best possible results, from new athletes to competitive single-sport devotees. As deemed appropriate, athletes will be given sports-specific strength programming once mastering general fitness preparedness. Athletes from the following sports, though not limited to this list, will be represented:
