Open Prep

EMOM 30' Clean and Jerk 225/165. Score is completed reps. This should be heavy enough that you have to have technique perfect to hit 30/30. If you can do 225/165 in less than 30, go heavier. 

Then, 100 T2B 100 Burpees For Time. Partition it any way you want.
