Lift Off!

As October is winding to a close and you have all been rocking the classes and class challenge this month - we have a fun kick off to the fall!

On Nov. 3rd Crossfit is holding a lift off. This even runs from Nov. 3rd - Nov 7th and includes three workouts involving max snatch, clean and jerk and one GPP. Leading up to this, programming in the gym is going to be focused on developing your proficiency with these lifts and upping your comfort level with them no matter who you are. Whether you snatch a dumbbell or a barbell, jerk #15 or #215 the next few weeks will help develop your skills!
