SUMMER 2017 ELITE PERFORMANCE TEAM
If you are a high-level, established high-school or college-level athlete, then you know Summer strength and conditioning is crucial to your in-season success.
The experienced coaches at The Power House work with each athlete to design and implement an ideal sports-specific program to meet – and exceed – each athlete’s fitness goals. Our training will focus on strength, power, speed and recovery – giving each athlete the competitive edge they need as they enter their upcoming season.
Each Elite Performance Team will be customized and community-based. The Power House coaches will meet with each athlete individually to provide a comprehensive intake before delving deep into training. From the intake, athletes will have specific daily, weekly, monthly and summer-long goals in regards to their fitness and sports-specific performance.
Athletes will complete their training at The Power House’s state-of-the-art gym and Saint Paul Academy’s track. Athletes will have constant support and supervision in their programming and recovery to provide accountability in each athlete’s training.
Our program is full-scope and emphasizes nutrition, sleep and recovery, and the transition from either high-school to college or college to professional-level sports.
