"Even though I'm a middle-age, recreational athlete, Max was able to push my fitness to new levels. He fine-tuned each personal training session to address weaknesses and build overall strength and conditioning. His professional expertise and encouragement were both prevalent throughout our workouts. I'd highly recommend Max and the team at The Power House at Highland to help you achieve your fitness goals."
