Our state-of-the art facility boasts the best equipment and ambiance for all your strength training needs. It is our goal not only to provide the most transformative workouts in our space, but also build community and personal transformation through our inspired facility design.


CONTACT US if you want to reserve any of our spaces for your next team meeting, work retreat, or other event! Our staff will work with you to design a custom experience as well as help you arrange any other needs (lunch service, transportation, etc). It doesn't matter if it is two people or one hundred people- The Power House can accomodate it!



The Lobby:

The lobby is the communications hub and common space for checking in, reading the latest news & updates from the boards, purchasing packages, getting pre and post-working snacks, catching up with friends, and shopping at our retail corner.

The Front Space

Our front space, which faces Snelling Avenue, is where the majority of our group classes and team training takes place. Our custom Rogue rig is a playground for adults and kids alike- custom height pull-up, dip, and muscle up bars, squat racks, and plenty of space to hang TRX straps and various apparatus off the rig. We've got a fleet of rowers, as well as full sets of kettlebells and dumbells for strength building, mobility tools, and cardio equipment. This space has two showers to use after a workout as well.

The Library:

Our library has been designed to hold private meetings with clients in the library, conduct our health coaching sessions, and the library is also available for rental for groups.

The Garage:

The garage at The Power House at Highland once housed boats as an engine repair company. We leveled the floor, put in a glass garage door, and tricked it out with lifting platforms, GHD and Reverse Hyper machines, a treadmill, rowers, slam and medicine balls, and much much more. With its high ceilings and amazing natural light, the garage is a great space for training small groups and private sessions.


The Loft:

Our upstairs training space is dynamic. This is the location for our Recovery class- Midline & Mobility, Pilates, Yoga, and Yoga Strength. it also can function as another location for CrossFit, team training, and private training. Depending on the day and time, the space can be transformed between olympic lifting heaven, zen yoga ashram, and group strength classes.
