Whole Life Challenge Begins!

[Video is short clip of a few of our team members doing their running benchmark; 10 minutes for distance] Woo Hoo! We launched the Whole Life Challenge- Power House Team on Saturday with a fantastic group of individuals committed to creating optimal wellness in their lives. It was really inspiring for me to hear the reasons everyone has signed up to take the challenge. It reminds me how much we all have in common, no matter how different our daily lives are. For more info on the challenge, check out www.wholelifechallenge.com Today, I spent a small (not actually that small) fortune at the Seward Coop, the lovely place I usually spend my small fortunes. I know that a major part of this challenge for me is going to be the time and energy it takes to prepare and plan meals that adhere to the WLC guidelines. 17 month old, new bustling business, and a million things to do makes lunch planning difficult. Progenex shakes and Perfect Food Bars gets me through the day most of the time. So, returning from the store, I CLEANED MY WHOLE FRIDGE AND FREEZER. It was recently Passover, and during Passover you are supposed to clean out your whole kitchen and dispose all "chametz." I really like Passover, and there is always a little excitement and anticipation of 'Escaping from Egypt' while you do the cleaning, and today's fridge cleaning felt similar to that. I am feeling some nervous anticipation of such a long and structured commitment, but also like I am ready to break through some of the limitations I've placed upon myself. It is a fun challenge to organize our team, and I am already enjoying connecting with all the participants more that I get to usually. Stayed tuned for my logs on the Whole Life Challenge process, and ALL Things Power House. In Health, Jill
